These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brivan ADV (the "Service"), available at https://brivanadv.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Brivan ADV lets you connect your TikTok account and publish or schedule video and photo content to it through TikTok's official Content Posting API. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account in your jurisdiction and must own or be authorized to manage any TikTok account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the TikTok Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Engage in spam, artificial engagement, or any automated behavior prohibited by TikTok.
• Post on accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to publish it to your authorized TikTok account at your direction. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service relies on TikTok's APIs, which are governed by TikTok's own terms and policies and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok, including content removal, rate limits, or account restrictions.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will publish successfully, remain visible, or comply with TikTok's evolving requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brivan ADV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
